Today I’m giving you some Zen magic.
Actually, the magic comes courtesy of Richard, who got in touch with me after I sent an email talking about the pain I’m in.
And a big thank you to him for letting me know about the fountain of youth.
There are five exercises you should be doing every day to keep yourself healthy, limber and fit.
These five ‘rites’ are thought to be around 2500 years old, and if that’s true…
…they’re either going to work well or be the best con in history!
I’d be on the side that they’re going to work well 😉
