Oo De Lally - Michael Wilding

Man I love old-school Disney movies. One of my all time favourites has to be Robin Hood, which is famous for the Oo De Lally song and phrase.

The only reason this movie got made, is because another one that Disney was planning, also about a fox, got canned.

Despite this movie getting very mixed reviews, it was a huge success at the time, and became Disney’s biggest hit, generating $9.5 million at the box office in 1973.

You see, it’s not always the things you expect to do well, that actually do well.

I’ve released products in the past that I’ve expected to absolutely crush it. The result has been less than exciting, while other products that I didn’t expect to go very far have soared.

The lesson is… always keep learning.
