I’m an excellent driver

Holly, my wife, is currently learning to drive. We’ve recently moved out of London to a beautiful little place in the country. The only thing being… you kinda need a car.

She’s passed her theory test and we’re booking her actual driving test in around six weeks. And she’s nervous.

Why?

Because she hasn’t got a huge amount of experience.

I keep trying to tell her that you don’t really learn to drive until you’ve passed your driving test. You need to just get in the car and drive as much as possible. The more you drive, the better you’ll be.

But she never really believed me until this weekend. We were at a wedding and then a BBQ, and at both places got to talking about her driving test.

(Okay I kinda brought it up both times, but don’t tell anybody!)

Anyhoo… everybody said the same thing as me. You just need to pass your test as quickly as possible and then drive as much as possible.

Which is exactly the same as internet marketing.

I can give you guidance, I can give you advice, but like driving you have to jump in and just do it. That’s the only way you’re gonna get good.

Stop over-thinking and just do. There’s nothing so bad that can happen to you online that you can’t recover from it.

And if you’d like this driving instructors manual. Here’s the early-bird registration to Business Ignition:

See you soon,

Michael

P.S. I’ve finished editing the Business Ignition manual and am waiting for the sample copy to arrive. If I’m happy with it, then the release date will be soon. And I’m toying with the idea of giving the people on my early-bird registration list a lifetime discount. Not decided yet, but it’s worth the chance 😉
