The Dog Walking Millionaire

By Posted on 1 min read 1842 views

Making money doesn’t have to be complicated. I’ve got a friend who walks dogs in London. Okay, he’s not a millionaire, yet, but he’s well on his way.

And he’s made all his money by… walking dogs.

Nice.

It’s a simple supply and demand thang.

Most people in London have jobs that mean they can’t be at home during the day. Which means they’ve got to get someone to walk the dog.

Yeah, they’re a ton of dog walkers. But, there’s a ton of dogs. Waaaay more than the dog walkers could ever walk.

So now, the average fee for a morning, or afternoon, walk is £30. That’s $40. Per dog.

It’s a simple business, where there is far more demand than there will ever be supply.

And it just happens to be kinda nice walking outside.

Every single niche has one of these.

Discover what the biggest search phrases are in your niche, find what people are paying for, and then… jump straight in.

You don’t need huge amounts of money to get started. You don’t need to build complex websites.

Heck, the best websites for selling usually look the worst.

Just get started.

It really is a great idea, however, I don’t think your friend can become millionaire by only walking dogs everyday. You have to create something much bigger to earn that kind of money.

He certainly wouldn’t be able to do it on his own, but he could scale the business if he implemented a different type of business model. I built one with him that would, within the space of a few months, allow him to quadruple the amount of clients he had whilst only taking a small cut in profit, and that model was completely scalable 😉

That’s what I was thinking – completely scalable
