Aaaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhh!

Sometimes I just think my brain is going to explode. That’s where I’m at currently.

There’s a couple of things that I need to sort, then I need a holiday.

So today I’d like to ask you a question…

What do you do to relax?

It’s interesting what different people do. I’ve asked this in the past and had some great responses, some of which I still do today.

I’m hoping that I’ll get some more great responses, and I’ll let you know which I start doing.

    I go swimming….go down my local club get in the pool and do a leisurely 50 odd lengths and think about everything and anything thats on my mind in a calm and orderly way as I’m going up and down….then into the large jacuzzi and just let my mind wander for 15 mins…..fabulous.. I’ve done some of my best thinking/problem solving this way…. horses for courses as they say..
