Imagine a sunny day, you head out to the porch, string up your hammock, get your morning coffee, lie back and stare at the blue sky, before opening your laptop and checking in on your assistants to make sure they’re making you money.
For most folk that’s the dream.
I’ve got to be honest, it would bore me s**tless.
I’m the kinda guy who, on a holiday, can only sit on the beach for a day or two before I have to go off exploring the area.
I just can’t sit around and do nada. I’d rather be setting up another bizniss, doing charity work or helping other folk achieve their dreams.
But hey, we’re all different.

1. Split your business into jobs that need to be done to make money.
2. Create processes for each job that are easily repeatable.
3. Create a method of monitoring each of those jobs for quality.
4. Record a video showing how to do each job.
5. Go hire yourself a VA!
Being able to scale your business, means getting other people to do some of the work for you. You’ll never find someone who can ‘do it like you’. But you don’t need them to, you only need them to do it well enough to keep generating revenue.
